SNAPP is a FREE bilingual program that provides skills that build character and self-reliance. It also educates 13-24 year-olds to prevent underage drinking, drug use, and HIV & viral hepatitis transmission in Texarkana, TX
We also offer the following:
Free testing for HIV and HEP-C
Access to care and treatment
Help find stable housing, food, medical, mental health and any services that will help youth succeed.
We are open
Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 7am-3pm
We do not report to parole or probation, and all information is confidential.
